Refund Policy

1. Introduction
Boltloop (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by Elevateo Co. All products sold through store.boltloop.co are digital files delivered electronically. Because digital products can be downloaded and used immediately upon delivery, all sales are generally final.
2. Exceptions
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- a)Product not delivered. If you do not receive the product files or access credentials within 24 hours of purchase, and we are unable to resolve the issue after you contact us, you are entitled to a full refund.
- b)Corrupted or broken file. If the delivered file is corrupted, incomplete, or fundamentally broken in a way that prevents it from being used as described, and we are unable to provide a working replacement, you are entitled to a full refund.
- c)Material misrepresentation. If the product is materially different from what was described on the product listing at the time of purchase (e.g. missing major features that were explicitly advertised), you may be entitled to a full refund at our discretion.
3. What's Not Covered
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind. You decided you no longer want or need the product after purchase.
- Misconfiguration. The product does not work because of incorrect setup on your end, including but not limited to missing API keys, incorrect environment settings, or unsupported hosting configurations.
- Incompatibility. The product does not work with tools, platforms, or services not listed in the product requirements. It is your responsibility to check compatibility before purchasing.
- Third-party costs. Any costs associated with third-party tools, services, or accounts required to use the product (e.g. hosting, API subscriptions) are not covered.
- Setup difficulty. Difficulty understanding or implementing the product does not qualify for a refund. We provide documentation and a setup guide with every product.
4. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
- EU / UK consumers: Under the EU Digital Content Directive and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days, provided the content has not been fully downloaded or streamed. By completing a purchase and downloading the product, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to the digital content and that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.
- Australian consumers: Under Australian Consumer Law, digital products come with automatic consumer guarantees. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund. If a product has a minor failure, we will attempt to fix it within a reasonable time. A major failure includes products that are substantially unfit for their common purpose, are significantly different from their description, or do not meet a specific purpose you made known to us before purchase.
If you believe your statutory rights entitle you to a remedy not covered by this policy, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at tanzeel@elevateoco.com with the following information:
- Your order number or transaction ID
- The reason for your refund request, including any supporting details or screenshots
We will respond to refund requests within 3 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
