Terms of Service

1. The Product

Boltloop sells digital automation products, including but not limited to pre-built n8n workflows, templates, and associated documentation. All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. Each product listing on the Store describes what is included in the purchase. You are responsible for reviewing the product description, feature list, and any technical requirements before purchasing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By completing a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our third-party payment provider (Stripe, Gumroad, or equivalent). By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased product via email and/or a download link. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours of purchase, contact us at tanzeel@elevateoco.com.

5. Licence

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product (or any part of it) with third parties
• Upload the product to any public or shared repository, forum, marketplace, or file-sharing service
• Claim the product (or any part of it) as your own creation
• Use the product to create a competing product or service that replicates its core functionality for sale
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or branding included in the product

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your licence and access, without refund.

6. Setup and Technical Requirements

Our products may require third-party tools, services, or accounts to function (e.g. n8n, API keys, hosting). These are listed in the product description and/or documentation.

You are responsible for setting up and configuring the product in your own environment. While we provide documentation and a setup guide, we do not guarantee compatibility with every possible configuration or provide hands-on technical support for third-party services.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds in specific circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of that policy.

8. Disclaimers

All products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that any product will meet your specific requirements, produce any particular results, or operate without interruption or error.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elevateo Co. and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your purchase or use of any product. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

10. Intellectual Property

All products, including their design, code, documentation, and branding, are the intellectual property of Elevateo Co. Your purchase grants you a licence to use the product as described in Section 5 but does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to your jurisdiction, to the extent required. Where a dispute arises, we will attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at tanzeel@elevateoco.com. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website and, where possible, by email. Continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
